Registration is not considered complete until payment is received and cleared. Registration confirmations will be sent electronically within two weeks of payment receipt. Contact email@example.com if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two weeks of registering. NOTE: Confirmations must be shown on-site to receive badges/materials.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a 50 € nonrefundable processing fee and must be received by June 1, 2015 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellations received after June 1 will not be refunded. Registration transfers and/or name substitutions are not accepted.
