The congress participants attended at the 3rd Scientific Congress of the ELA Research Foundation are invited to reserve their accommodation with the Hotel IBIS directly. Please fill the booking registration form and send it by fax num +33 1 53 46 50 99 or by mail to (contact: Mélina Dubois).
Accommodation and personal charges (such as room service, mini-bar, telephone, pay-per-view TV, etc…) are at your expense. Please pay for it upon check-out.



Please make all the arrangements for your travel. The transport costs stay at your expense. Please note there will be no hotel transportation provided from the hotel to the Brain and Spine Institute. You can take metro at the station Bercy, line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle Etoile and stop to Chevaleret. After your arrival in Paris, the ELA Foundation suggests you use, when possible, the public transportation to and from the airport or train station.

Individuals who need formal letters of invitation for visa applications must contact us. For security purposes, letters of invitation can only be sent to individuals that have registered for the congress.
